Tres Chilies produces a medium degree of spice, so the earthy flavor of this brine is balanced with a final note of apple juice at the end. The flavor is so authentic that your guests will be begging for more. Great for beef, pork & chicken.

All natural, gluten free, fat-free concentrate. 16oz

Directions:
Shake bottle of concentrate well. Pour over meat, then add 1 part water for every 1 part brine bath. Approximately 1/2 cup brine bath per 1lb of meat.
